Hi Everyone,  Are you all ready for the big day, or are you like most of us still working on getting everhthing done?  Well, I am close to being as finished as I can be.  Later today I will attend a candlelight service at my church with my son and his family.  This evening will be spent with my whole family at my son's home.  For tomorrow, it is dinner at my home with my daughters and their families.  Our Christmas dinner is different from most.  It has been a tradition for as long as I can remember to have homemade ravioli for Christmas dinner, and we continue with that tradition.  Earlier this week my daughters and I made the ravioli (196).  The sauce for the ravioli is made using a pork roast.  Oh my, sauce made with pork is amazing.  Fresh Italian bread and a wonderful salad round out the meal.

I've always had Christmas dinner with all three of my children and their families, but this year my son and his family will be with his in-laws.  It's not an easy thing for me, but I realize that things do change, and change has always been a somewhat difficult thing for me.  Anyway, I want to wish all of you a wonderful holiday and enjoy the time spent with family and friends.  For me, I'm looking forward to visiting my sister in Ohio the day after Christmas.  I'm sure there will be hooking involved at some point along with some relaxation and good conversation.

My next blog will include a picture of my newest design.  It is about two-thirds complete at this point.  I'm anxious to begin a new project and I have two new designs in the works.

Merry Christmas Everyone,

Lonna

New website

Check it out everyone.  http://www.wethreerughooking.com/ is up and ready to go.  Stop by and visit.

Sorry I haven't written for quite some time, but I just had to get the website done.  It was hanging over my head and clouding up my already cluttered mind.  Now maybe I can get some other things done.  I'm still working on my Folk Art Angel.  I haven't shown her yet.  Right now she is without one eye and it might be a little scary.

It's like a winter wonderland outside.  Here in western PA we have about 6-8 inches of snow and schools have been closed for the past two days.  I can't remember ever having so much so early.  It's lovely to look at, but I don't want to be out in it.  I like to enjoy from afar.

Take care everyone and stay warm.
